Provide a high level of customer support – Always!

Our support does not end once you become a customer. In fact, we become an extension of your company. All AVAD customers continue to receive ongoing technical support, advice and know-how on how to maximize the included benefits and features of AVAD’s IP PBX at no additional charge.

After selling their system, most telecom companies send a pamphlet that has basic instructions on how to use their system, the rest is left for you to figure out. Not at AVAD, dialogue with our customers tends to increase as they realize and want to take advantage of the included technology of our system.

AVAD provides ongoing support and training to your staff at no charge. Most other telecommunications companies charge for modifications to your system. These modifications known as “Move’s, Add’s & Changes”, which tend to increase as the size of your company increases, and can add significantly to your overall telecommunications expense. Not at AVAD, we do not charge for Moves, Add’s and Changes.

Many companies claims to offer “Business” quality Voice over IP, we have yet to find one that delivers and supports its products and offerings to our high standards. Particularly for the small to medium sized market. We do, and we would be happy to provide references.
